iPhone Wallpaper Guide

The iPhone and iPod touch have the ability to display custom images as backgrounds.
The following are the steps that need to be taken in order to successfully use a custom image.

1. To start, find the picture that you desire to have as your wallpaper.

2. A) For PC, Right Click and choose "Save image as..." (see below) and save the picture to your computer.
2. B) For Mac, hold down the Control key, click on the image, choose "Save image as...", then save to your computer.
The best spot to save would be the "My Photos" folder or whichever folder you currently save photos to.

Now you are ready to move to iTunes.

3. As an extra but unnecessary step, we find it easier to create a new folder within your "My Photos" folder only for pictures you would want on your iPhone or iPod. This allows you to add photos to the folder without having to remove unwanted photos.

4. With your iPhone or iPod connected to your computer, open iTunes and go to your iPhone or iPod.

5. Click on the "Photos" tab and be sure that a check is next to Sync photos from: "My Photos".
The "My Photos" may have a different name, but click the double arrow and find the folder where your photos are located. As shown below, we created a folder named "iPod Pics". After choosing the folder, iTunes should prompt you to sync the photos to your device.
Sync photos from iTunes
iTunes has the capability to sync photos to your iPhone or iPod Touch from a few different programs.
For PC, Adobe Photoshop Album 2.0 or later and Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 or later.
For Mac, iPhoto 4.0.3 or later and Aperture.
Now that your photo has synced to your iPhone or iPod Touch, you can move on to adding it as your wallpaper.
5. Navigate to Photo iconand find the picture you just synced from iTunes.

6. Tap the Use as wallpaperkey in the bottom left corner and then choose "Use As Wallpaper".
That's it! You're Done!
